I started receiving CST from Jayde after a car accident that left me with pretty bad whiplash and a concussion, and it has played a major role in my healing process.

Not only has it helped with my pain and symptoms from the accident, but it has taken me so many layers deeper in my healing journey both physically and emotionally.

After years of living in a dis regulated nervous system, CST helped me find a calmness I had never felt before, and I have been able to process so many stuck emotions. I literally feel like I have gotten my life force energy back through this experience and I finally feel like myself again after many years of feeling lost and confused.

Of course, it's not the only thing I have been doing, but the shift I felt was very clear after just a few sessions. I even got my sense of smell back in a few sessions after 4 years with dampened smell! I have been lucky enough to get consistent care for about 5 months and it has totally changed my life, I highly recommend doing multiple sessions.

Not to mention, and maybe most importantly, the space that Jayde holds it like no other. She is incredibly present, gentle, welcoming, and regulated in her own nervous system. She is truly heart centered and shows up ready to follow the guidance that my body is communicating to her that I need. Thank you Jayde!

I’ve been seeing Jayde for Craniosacral for a few months now. Every time I leave a session with her I feel so connected to my body. After a lifetime of trauma, my nervous system needs a lot of love. This is the gentle but powerful medicine that I’ve been needing. I always feel so relaxed and safe around Jade. Highly recommend!

I came to Jayde for craniosacral therapy to help with musculoskeletal issues and chronic tension in my body.

Jayde is truly incredible at what she does. She has a calm, grounded presence and creates a warm, welcoming space that helps you relax right away, even if you come in feeling stressed. She’s deeply attuned to herself and the people she works with, and you can feel that the moment you walk into the room.

What really stands out is how much she genuinely cares. She takes the time to understand you and what you’re going through, and her support doesn’t stop when the session ends. She often shares thoughtful resources, whether it’s a podcast, book, or video that connects to your situation. Even if you haven’t seen her in a while, she’s still thinking about ways to support your health, which says a lot about who she is.

I’ve noticed a real sense of unwinding in my body after sessions and a reduction in that chronic tension. I feel more relaxed, more regulated, and just overall better in my body.

She’s an incredible resource, especially if you’re open to alternative healing approaches. Her work goes beyond the physical and feels intuitive, thoughtful, and personalized. She’s a great listener, very insightful, and completely non-judgmental. You feel safe and cared for in her presence.

I’m really grateful to have found her and to have worked with her. You’re absolutely in good hands with Jayde.
