The Frequency of Now
Sitting in clear water, simply growing new roots, creating light prisms when the sun shines in as it does.
The Frequency of Now.
Tapping into the frequency of the now has been somewhat unsettling, yet so infinitely divine. Stating that sentence takes me back to this time when I found myself whiplashed in a car across a small highway in Denver, Colorado. The airbags went off and I had to completely release control. It was a conscious decision to release with my mind, yet I was forced to release physically due to the suddenly inflated airbags. In those moments, I knew that there was a heavy chance that I was not going to make it out of that experience alive and somehow I felt entirely ok with that because I had surrendered to trust. I don’t know if you believe in angels, but I do and I could feel their presence “gently” guiding my car out of any other potential harm that could have hit.
In the end, my car was completely totaled and somehow I was released from the experience with only one day of shaky nerves and whiplash. The whiplash led me to seek craniosacral therapy care from a therapist in Boulder, Colorado who I am now great friends with and I will link her site below. In the aftershock of this experience, I was able to cultivate a new faith in myself and the universal forces. I was already quite tapped in, but this was another level -- a wake up call, an upgrade, even a call to uplevel my life in ways that I gained medicine from in the moment and am also just now discovering more experiential medicine from the event, several years later.
What we are going through as a collective right now, feels like this in many ways. Every translation is so different. Maybe for some, my car accident experience is a totally extreme correlation and maybe for others this comes nowhere near the trauma that they are facing right now. Collectively, Individualized. For me, this is the most relevant example when I tap into the collective on the physical plane and feels like a shock wave of sorts.
I would like to invite you to just take a moment to be gentle with yourself.
After the accident, within my craniosacral therapy sessions, my body was ready to also release old patterns that had been stored, including birth trauma. When I was born, the umbilical cord was wrapped around my neck and I came out blue. Although this may not sound like something to put too much emphasis on, my body translated that time as trauma and stored it unconsciously. So, in my own personal experience, to be encouraged to let go of birth trauma, ironically, I had to be faced with another trauma, being the car accident.
When we grant ourselves the opportunity to let go of trauma in quantum ways, we allow space for healthy creation within ourselves. We encourage healthy cells to grow and we find a new sense of clarity. With this planetary event, we are given the divine opportunity to shake up and shake out any stagnant traumas that we have been harboring. I see this as an invitation from our Mother Earth, so we can grow healthy humans, healthy businesses, healthier selves, and a healthier planetary connection with all of newfound space to come. This space may not feel relevant until years later or it may be totally relevant right now, like you can finally breathe. Whatever the case is for you, know that you are held and supported and you are being called to be your most resonant self in both your life and your business.
A time to hermit is also a time of the deepest connection.
So, while you are in hermit mode and have insights to share with the collective or a product to promote that is going to lift the frequency of the planet to new heights or give physical support, I am now taking requests for my stock imagery collection!

Hello Lovelies!
Moons ago, I met up with a new friend who had travelled the world to work on farms. When I met this friend, I was currently working for a conventionally practiced winery in Idaho. I began to question the practices and wondered what other techniques would better serve our planet. My new friend had experience on many different types of farms and was beginning to delve deeper into the world of biodynamic farming. When she began talking about biodynamic farming, my soul lit up and I knew in that very instant that I was being called to gain life experience working with a biodynamic farm or vineyard.
Biodynamic agriculture is a form of alternative agriculture very similar to organic farming, but it includes various esoteric concepts drawn from the ideas of Rudolf Steiner. Initially developed in 1924, it was the first of the organic agriculture movements.
After the mention of biodynamic farming, I google searched “biodynamic farms and vineyards in Idaho” and even though Idaho has a plethora of farms, there were only two biodynamic vegetable farms and they were both in the Teton Valley aka the Idaho side of Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Ironically, at that same time, I had this intense craving to paint mountains. Between the conversation, the light I felt inside my soul, and the painting, it was so obvious to me that this was where my journey was leading me next.
During my time working on the farm, I was enlightened by so many metaphors and life realizations inspired by the veggies themselves. I still have so much to learn and understand about biodynamics, but one specific biodynamic concept that I resonate with, most deeply, is the concept of the farm being its very own living and breathing entity; the farm as its own biodiverse organism, just like you and I. You and I have a variety of diversity throughout our bodies that make up who we are. We also have the opportunity to decide who we are by what we digest in our bellies, who we associate with regularly, what movies we absorb, conscious decisions to process life’s trauma’s and alchemize ourselves into pure bliss, etcetera.
Just like you and I, our products and offerings also have a life of their own. Just as you were born unto this earth through your mother, you have also birthed a product or offering that is now ready to be released into the world. When your product was in metaphorical gestation and after the actual birth, it needed to be nurtured to simply survive, therefore, ultimately, the message has been and always will be a divine extension of you. Similar to babes, your offering will eventually need space of its own and so will you. If you have grown children, this will probably be entirely relatable!
Metaphorically speaking, when your offering has grown up enough to hold “her” own ground, it is your hope that she will have absorbed the messages you wished to send her off into the world with. To assure this, you must create an image, a feel, and an identity for her to connect with the world outside of your own home where she is innately understood without a single word.

To be totally understood and attract the most divinely aligned clients, consumers, and customers, your product needs a clear image -- Photography and videography that represents the product or offering as its very own living and breathing organism. Allowing the divine connection that you have with your product to shine for the world to know. Let’s chat and conjure ways to create healthy autonomy and divine translation of your offerings through photographic co-creation. Through co-creating a clear message, we can ultimately attract more abundance to you and allow more space for the expression of creative energy to seamlessly flow within and without you. This is the ultimate freedom!
To begin processing this biodynamic concept in relation to your own product/offering, sit down with a pen and paper to flow through these thoughts:
Write down a few keywords that come to mind when you think about the essence of your product. What did you feel when the idea first enlightened you?
Write down and/or draw the details that go into the most optimal environment for your product or offering. Where is it in the world? Think from your heart space!
In the environment that you have created on paper, imagine how the event of exchange will play out. Where are you in the world? Will you be there to host the offering? Will someone else host the space and you are a guest? Will your product be discovered by strangers? What sort of people do you imagine consuming your product or offering? How do you imagine yourself feeling?
When the offering or product connects with the consumer, how will he or she feel? How will they feel if they received the product in the mail? What void might it feel or release might it provide?

Translating Your Message Through Videography
Hello Beauties,
Happy Saint Patrick’s Day! This week has been a new form of complexity for the entire planet. Being in a time that has been predicted for many years in many ways, while also living in a time of so many unknowns. We are weaving the way into the future of humanity and the future of Mother Earth. So, just know that I am sending you, above all, a healthy dose of vitamin LOVE.
During this time of prolonged opportunity for internal reflection, I trust that many of you will become more intimately connected to a glimmer of gold within yourself that feels so undeniably aligned. When that glimmer of alignment beams in, I encourage you to breathe into the essence of that feeling without obligating a label to it. Open your mind by opening your heart. When each of us take this time to breathe into that which aligns, we reprogram the subtleties in our own neurology, which in return, grants a collective state of harmony and bliss to be more accessible.
Now, I know many of you are feeling uneasy about how your business is going to survive if the hysteria or the dis-ease hits hard, but keep in mind that being an entrepreneur is more than just being the owner of a physical business. Entrepreneurship means that a call was felt, received, and nurtured into motion. As energy can neither be created or destroyed, the core essence of your business, your healing practice, your crafted offering, can technically never be destroyed because the core is the seedling that remains perpetually and infinitely within you. That may take a moment to sink in.
Entrepreneurship is more than an investment in a space or time, it is the actual act of breathing life into a calling that resides deep within your own self throughout space and time, infinitely -- breathing expansion within that little glimmer that is so aligned. Just alike, sharing your gifts does not always mean starting your own business, per say. So, this message simply goes out to all who are following the deep calling that resides within. The calling that must rise to the surface, as cream on fresh milk, waiting to be alchemized into ghee.
When the call to nurture an idea first arrives, there is a luster that feels as though it can be untouched by any outside influences and only tapped into by your unique combination of gifts, talents, and skills. This deep, resonating truth is what I aim to capture in all of my co-creations, such as videography offerings. During the creation of a client video, the recording process and finessing during post-production, is ultimately used to translate that initial luster into a clear message for the audience to absorb.
Videos allow a message to be shared in the way that an idea was initially felt. Sharing the core message over and over again will strengthen the message, but we are human, not robots, so there is a high chance that the luster of a message can get lost in the minutiae of everyday life if one is to continue repeating this message to their audience from one platform. This is where videography becomes an incredibly powerful tool during the expansion of a business. An almost necessary translator in times where we are evolving so quickly.
Throughout my career as a photographer, videography has been used as another creative outlet for many personal projects, but I have discovered powerful potential within the medium of videography as a translator of emotion, just as photography does, but there are times for photos and times for videos. Although I use the same medium, they are two different tools. Through video, I have the potential of exposing the truth behind the truth. Video can be utilized to enhance the true luster that resides deep within to translate your message to the rest of the world.
Linked below, are two of my favorite personal project videos. They are both very short emotional translations that were recorded on the same day, only a few minutes apart from one another. Utilizing the cuts, the music, the toning, etc. I was able to bring out very polarizing messages. These videos, back to back, were a message of what it is to be human. We all have to be human, yet we are all so infinitely divine and to bring shadow to light and to expose ourselves in the truth of who we are. To be brave enough to step into our power, to breathe into that moment of pure luster, and allow our gifts shine bright, which is so relatable to the times at hand. During this time, we are being asked to hone our gifts even more and anchor into that glimmer, that deep knowing.
